Random Slabs(Sawn Stone): Designer concrete is a system of adding colour, pattern and texture to a plain concrete slab at the time of pouring. A finished Designer concrete surface gives an attractive, three-dimensional, two-toned appearance. Using this method, you can create the realistic effect of slate, stone or even wood.
Many different effects can be achieved from ancient cobble patterns to contemporary stone block, or a classical Mediterranean tile. Edges of plain, matching or contrasting patterns can be added and the product can be applied to steps. The finished job is sealed with a protective coating which helps protect the product from dirt and staining. This further improves the overall strength of the surface, and gives the job an attractive 'wet-look'. An anti-slip finish can also be applied.
